Yet another good LP from Buck Gooter - very under-rated considering the sheer amount of LPs they've done. This latest LP is pretty much what you'd expect from BG, but still sounds pretty fresh. apt2324

Opener absolutely rips. Falls into the ranks of tracks like “Dance” by ESG, “Eisbaer” by Grauzone, “Damaged Goods” by Gang of Four or like the album description says Kleenex. This is some really good stuff. Favorite song is the opener but dedicate “Blue” to my friend Blue who lost her life at 22, she would have loved this album. TheBloodofChrist

I like this album, especially for the message that it brings that is really powerful and in line with what happened nowadays. The title and the whole album refers to the Black Lives Matter (red summer refers to the summer of 1919 where white supremacists committed a lot of homicide against black community in USA). The whole album speaks about this, with a lot of reference to historical events (e.g.: 20th August 1619 is the date when the first black slaves were deported in USA). losfastidios
The racket avant-rock/noise group White Suns make is queasy and challenging, but with a taut sense of dynamics and composition. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 19, 2021
This terrific Finnish group offers churning post-punk draped in shadow with occasional dips into shoegaze and drone. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 25, 2023
